Personally - not just as Council Leader, but as a parent myself - I deeply regret, and apologise for, the inconvenience this is all causing ... but hope that everyone can understand the safety of children, and our staff, is our top priority and we’re simply not willing to take any risks. As such we have had no option but to close these facilities.
