The Flower Colonies planning application that I mentioned a couple of weeks ago is up for final determination at the relevant Council Committee tomorrow ...... final meeting with some of the local residents this evening.
My Ward colleague, Gordon Buchan, is speaking tomorrow - I've got to be in London unfortunately - but I'm increasingly confident this scheme will be rejected by the Committee.
