Personally, I thought the Commons announcement was detailed, thorough and fair ...

Given the Tory response, I don't agree there is 'clear blue water' between the two main UK Parties - more like a clear blue ocean.

I now sense that - whenever it comes - there will be a near record-breaking turnout at the next General Election ...
